Question 1

What is MachAIr?

Accepted Answer

MachAIr is grounds-intelligence software for golf greenkeepers paired with drone NDVI survey services. It ties course mapping, weather history, agronomy models and your own records into one system that recommends action and proves the result in pounds and kilograms.

Question 2

How much does MachAIr cost?

Accepted Answer

The Clubhouse tier is free. The Greenkeeper tier starts at GBP 300 per year. Drone surveys start at GBP 450 for a one-off, with season programmes from GBP 1,800 per year.

Question 3

How do drone surveys help a golf course?

Accepted Answer

Multispectral imagery detects plant stress, disease and drought days before the canopy shows them, so greenkeepers treat the specific area that needs it instead of the whole course.
